I am a wife and mother.  I have a career in academia and a keen interest in progressive politics.  Lately, I've been focusing on being present in the moment and am marinading my mind in Tolle's teachings (books, DVD, CD). 

I'm interested in connecting with other older married folks who can assist me with staying in the now and grokking the all.  I'm also intrigued by the idea of using zaadz to communicate with persons in other countries to promote peace.
